As an artist, marketing professional and blogger of Everyday Inspirations, I am always in need of some good inspiration to keep me at the top of my game. When I want an extra boost I always wear my sodalite pendant. Sodalite has long been considered the stone of artists of all mediums because it is believed to bring inspiration and creativity. The stones are also supposed to bring peace, calm and emotional healing. I love the way the sodalite's blue crystal is speckled with white calcite to almost make it look like the earth. What I like most about this particular pendant is the antique look the setting has. I don't often wear blue, but this stone, as one of my favorite pieces, definitely inspires me to do so.
